Well, I have to say, Melanie, Shaky and Jasmine are absolutely amazing! I consider myself a high maintenance patient who is very fearful. Melanie was very helpful when I called to discuss my needs and to see if I could get an appointment. Melanie was able to get me in the very next day. For this, I am very grateful! Both Shaky and Jasmin were very attentive showing great concern for my needs and well-being. I needed to have blood work done. Shaky was amazing and kind in completing my blood draw. I did not even feel the needle go in and the blood draw was over before I knew it. I am very satisfied with the care and treatment that I received from this team of medical professionals, and I highly recommend them. I didn’t have to wait for an appointment, when I arrived for my appointment I didn’t wait more than three minutes,  before I was greeted and attended to by Melanie. I had such a positive experience at this office. The staff was welcoming, the nurse was very gentle, and my doctor was incredibly thorough during my visit. She took her time, listened to everything I had going on, and ordered all the tests and imaging I needed without making me feel rushed or dismissed.

I have been visiting this clinic for almost 2 years now and I want to say that Jasmine always listens to her patients, all my requests were heard, tests were done, medications were prescribed, referrals for MRI were approved. When you need to do a blood test, Shakeh does it very quickly and professionally. You can always make an appointment for next week and not wait for months. I was referred by my daughter, and I cannot possibly put into words how happy I am with this clinic. As a person with advanced medical needs I needed a primary care that would really care about my health and my concerns. I am not in the type of situation where I can take any risks. I have heart failure, kidney disease, pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary sclerosis, and systemic sclerosis. Jasmine was so amazing about helping me get the care that I needed. She got all the referrals I needed so fast and the blood draw was a breeze. What an amazing thing it is to have my blood drawn right there in the office. I spent at least an hour at the Quest lab every single month!

I have to say my last primary care was completely the opposite in every way. I am so happy to have found this office and I will be a patient here for life.

If I could rate 100, I would. I don't write reviews often, but I am just so happy with my entire experience at Patients Choice Clinic. The office was clean and well-organized. The front desk staff was so friendly and kind. Jasmine really took her time to listen to my concerns, something you don't see a lot anymore!

I ended up having my blood drawn ( and can I say, I literally felt nothing!) I'm usually nervous about bloodwork but it went so well. Jasmine made a couple referrals for me and I will be following up with those.

Overall just feel really well taken care of, like I know I'm in good hands. Its been a while since I've felt that way within a medical setting.

I had an incredible experience with Jasmine at Patients Choice Clinic! She did my Botox, and I honestly feel absolutely marvelous—refreshed, younger, and more confident. What really stood out to me was how thorough and thoughtful she was during our consultation. Jasmine took the time to do a deep dive into my concerns, explained multiple treatment options, and helped me understand what would and wouldn’t work for my facial structure and skin. Her honesty, knowledge, and attention to detail made me feel completely at ease. I’m beyond happy with my results and already looking forward to my next visit for more treatments.
